Who is responsible?

What information do we use?

The request form asks for your name, email, optional phone and company name, and information needed to assess the selling or buying brief. Do not include passwords, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal data. We agree a separate route for any additional files or evidence.

Why and on what basis?

We process your request to take steps towards a potential contract at your request and communicate about it. For business contacts, this may also rely on our legitimate interests. During an engagement we process information for performance and required administration. Technical checks limit abuse and duplicate requests.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s protected database hosted on Cloudflare through Sites. Only authorised people and configured business processes may use case data. Payments take place at Shopify; this site does not store card details. Where another provider is required for an engagement, we share only the information needed under the agreed role.

Retention and your rights

We retain requests only as needed for assessment, follow-up and any engagement, subject to legal retention requirements and necessary dispute handling. You may request access, correction or deletion, object, or where applicable request restriction or portability through info@noxxoperations.com. You can also complain to the competent data protection authority.

No marketing subscription

A request does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not use an Úlfarr publishing customer list to promote this activity. The form does not use browser storage for case data.
